i haven't been able to keep up with all of your music recommendations (i just purchased my second National album last week, and you'd recommended them ages ago), but this video had enough to it to make me pretty intrigued.
I love the aesthetic of the band (the lights overhead, the band crowded in tight, the beat, etc...), and the middle of the song really grabbed me too, but I wasn't sure about the beginning or end. but i'm suspicious of only liking songs that catch me on the first listen, so we'll see. . .
Jon, it's funny you mentioning The National; for me Women have that same kind of re-playability. Although Women's music is a lot more... um, challenging(?) than The National's.
